Phase 2 Non-Stimulant Carb Control is a clinically proven standardized supplement from white kidney beans.  It has been demonstrated to inhibit the carbohydrate-digesting enzyme alpha amylase so that a significant portion of carbohydrates you eat are not broken down into sugars and absorbed.
